## English Program

Our English syllabus covers four main areas as follows

Reading Comprehension –providing students with a variety of tests in which they are taught question analysis techniques so that they can answer the questions in sufficient depth.

Writing – teaching students how to write in varied formats, including narrative writing, persuasive writing, news and feature writing.

Viewing – teaching students how to interpret a variety of images using themes and keywords.

Language Conventions are emphasized and addressed in our classes as these are evidences of having mastered the language.

The lessons are taught in line with the Australian Curriculum and schools’ programs delivered by experienced teachers.  ## Maths Program

Our purpose for the Middle School Maths Excellence Program is to provide solid foundation for Senior School Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Experience of our outstanding students has shown that students with a strong foundation for Maths often excel in Science as well. It is with this objective in mind that we have developed the Maths Excellence Program, which is based on strong algebraic, geometry and data analysis skills.
